Apartment A1 resulted from the division of a first-floor apartment into two smaller ones and has an area of 100 square meters. The study for the design of the space responds to the needs of the host family, with the requirement to create three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a comfortable kitchen and living room.
The renovation will be complete and will include: new frames, new floors, change of layout, new plumbing and electrical installation, heat pump installation for heating-cooling, thermal facade application, new carpentry and sanitary ware, lighting.
The works will start in June with a completion time of 3 months. Our office has completely taken over the studies and construction until the final delivery of the keys to the owners.
